Executive Director, Centacare NQ

 

Under the leadership of the Bishop of Townsville, Most Reverend Timothy Harris DD, Centacare NQ is a social service ministry of the Catholic Diocese of Townsville. Since its formation in 1979, Centacare NQ has grown to a staff of 160, with six offices and nine service areas which support the needs of people located across one-third of the State.

Centacare NQ has a broad range of services, designed to provide hope and brighten the future for all members in the community.

Based in Townsville and reporting to the Bishop of Townsville, the principal accountability of the Executive Director is to lead Centacare NQ to meet the ever-changing needs of the Queensland community in which they operate. This includes providing strategic direction and operational leadership; and promoting the Centacare NQ Mission and Vision.
